When we first arrived at this property, we were stunned to find that beyond the front gate and garage stood little more than a leveled lot—just a few remnants of framed walls and foundation. For our design team, this was a dream canvas.
Partnering with the developer, we envisioned what would truly appeal to the future homeowner. Inspired by the Spanish architecture of the original front gate, we centered the entire rebuild around the idea of a courtyard. A park-sized fountain was trenched and positioned as the heart of the home, creating a dramatic and inviting entry sequence.
We added an attached in-law suite for flexible guest accommodations, separate from the main residence. The primary home was designed with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, a dedicated dining room, and a grand master suite—all oriented toward a completely reimagined backyard built for both relaxation and entertaining.
The design phase took three months, followed by a six-month build. Light staging and décor were added to the completed home to enhance the listing and elevate the potential buyer’s experience.
